With preparations for the 26/27 already underway, we're looking to add to our 1st team coaching team. The roles available are below: 

Role: Goalkeeping Coach (Part-Time) 
Club: Dulwich Hamlet FC Women 
Location: Dulwich, South London, SE22 
League: FA Women’s National League (Division South East) 

Overview 
Dulwich Hamlet Women are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Goalkeeping Coach to support the development and performance of our first-team goalkeepers. This is a part-time role, working closely with the management team in a competitive FAWNL environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, position-specific training for goalkeepers 
  • Attend and support team training sessions (Wednesday and Thursday evenings) 
  • Provide matchday support and coaching on Sundays 
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and wider coaching staff on player development plans 
  • Analyse performances and provide constructive feedback to goalkeepers 
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and player-focused environment 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience coaching goalkeepers (club level or higher preferred) 
  • UEFA Goalkeeping Badge 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills 
  • Passion for women’s football and player development 
  • Ability to commit to midweek training and Sunday fixtures 

Additional Information 

  • Training and home matches take place in Dulwich, South London 
  • Competing in the FA Women’s National League Division South East 
  • Part-time role; salary/pay to be discussed

Volunteers – Women’s First Team Support 

Dulwich Hamlet Football Club 

Role Overview 

Dulwich Hamlet Football Club is seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to support our Women’s First Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a senior women’s football environment, competing at the FA National League level. 

The role is designed to support the Head Coach and Assistant Coach, contributing to the smooth running of training sessions and matchdays while gaining valuable exposure to first-team operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Training Support (Wednesdays & Thursdays) 

  • Assist with the setup and organisation of training sessions (equipment, pitch layout, etc.) 
  • Support coaches with session delivery logistics 
  • Help ensure all equipment is prepared, maintained, and packed away post-session 
  • Provide general operational support to coaching staff 

Matchday Support (Sundays) 

  • Assist with pre-match setup, including kit preparation and organisation 
  • Support staff with matchday logistics and readiness 
  • Help manage equipment, warm-up setup, and post-game pack down 
  • Contribute to a professional, well-organised team environment on matchdays 

General Duties 

  • Act as a reliable support function for the First Team coaching staff 
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and team-first attitude 
  • Support the overall running and development of the Women’s First Team
