QPR 2-1 Dulwich Hamlet

QPR 2-1 Dulwich Hamlet

Dulwich Hamlet Women's team were defeated 2-1 on Sunday afternoon by a strong QPR side. We began the day top of the League, although QPR had two games in hand.

The Hamlet took the lead in the 70th minute through Saskia Philp, after she broke through the opposition defence to slot home. However, a series of late QPR substitutions helped to swing the balance of the game and in the dying minutes they scored twice, through Chloe Sampson and Hayley Peacock to take all three points.

The result leaves Dulwich in 2nd place, one point behind QPR - who still have two games in hand.

We are back home at Champion Hill this Sunday 27th October at 2pm against Ashford Town.

Gates open at 12pm and the clubhouse bar will be serving drinks, with food options also available. Kick off is at 2pm.

Tickets are available on the day and cost £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and U13s go free, as do Season Ticket Holders.
