We use the articles system to set up a fixture.

Click article and then the new button.

Give the article a title in the format of home team vs away team the select category Men's Fixtures, Women's fixtures or Women's Reserves Fixtures. When the category is selected the Fixture Details tab will appear. This is where you need to add all the fixture info.

Click on the fixture details tab and:

1) Select the logo. There is a folder on the server called club_logos which contains many of the logos. If it is not there upload a new one. Please make sure the background is transparent. 

2) Enter Opponent

3) Choose season

4) Select the fixture date. This can be changed if the game is moved.

5) enter kick off time

6) Enter venue

7) Enter the competition (Isthmian League, FA Cup etc)

8) Match notes: Enter ticket prices, if dogs are allowed, info that may be useful to the fans plus entry prices if it is an away game. This shoudl ideally be done a week before the game. 

9) If tickets are on sale enter the URL of the ticket site. If not come back and change it when they do go on sale.
