Capital League campaign finally under way

Though we have to wait for our first fixture

The Reserve Team league that our second string competes in began last week, with two games played in the six team division.

Last season's runner-up Hayes & Yeading United had an impressive 4-1 victory at Biggleswade Town. But that result was totally eclipsed by the 9-2 thrashing Wealdstone handed out to St Albans City.

Two of those are in action this week, when Wealdstone travel up to Biggleswade; while the other side in the league, Walton & Hersham commence their programme the week after.

We are the latest starters, with an away match at Biggleswade Town, on Wednesday 17th September.

Our first home match is scheduled for Monday 22nd September, when Wealdstone are our first Champion Hill visitors of the season.

Admission for our Reserve Team games are £3, concessions at a mere quid. All current Dulwich Hamlet season tickets are valid for home Capital League matches.
