Do they mean us?
Here's what the official Bromley FC website had to say about their visit to Champion Hill on Saturday:
First half goals from Sam Long and Danny Waldren helped Bromley to victory at Champion Hill Stadium.
Bromley saw lots of the ball in the early stages of the game, and went close when Moses Ademola’s cross was just too far in front of Harry Grant. Adam Birchall had the first shot of the game when Sam Long made a superb run forward before playing in the former Gillingham man, but his low effort was comfortably saved by Inigo Echeapare. Bromley’s opening goal of the pre-season campaign came after 15 minutes through Sam Long. Moses Ademola came forward at pace before feeding the ball in to Damian Scannell, and his pass was timed to perfection for Sam Long to side foot the ball past Echeapare. The lead was doubled ten minutes later through Danny Waldren. Harry Grant and Moses Ademola combined on the right hand side before Grant swung in a great cross that was met by the head of Waldren. Ademola went close himself a minute later when he brought the ball down superbly, before his shot on the turn was tipped wide by Echeapare. Birchall and Waldren both had efforts saved by Echeapare before Ademola brought the ball down brilliant and shot on the turn, but his shot was well saved by the Dulwich keeper.
Bromley started the second half in the same fashion that they ended the first, with plenty of the ball. Joe Anderson curled a free-kick wide before Danny Waldren went close with a free-kick a few minutes after. Moses Ademola had an appeal for a penalty turned down when he managed to get on the end of a Damian Scannell cross before appearing to be brought down by Echeapare, but the referee didn’t agree with his appeal. Both sides made a number of changes around the hour mark, and Bromley substitute Louis Dennis curled an effort wide soon after coming on, before Harry Grant fired in a shot that went just wide after a mazy run. Grant went close again soon after when Louis Dennis swung in a cross that evaded Ademola, but Grant was there at the far post, although he could only find the side netting with what was to be the last chance of the game as Bromley recorded their first victory of the pre-season campaign.
