A towering header by Rickie Hayles from an Ashley Carew corner in the 75th minute gave Dulwich all three points against a Lowestoft side that defended doggedly.
The Hamlet were on the attack from the start and Ashley Carew fired a 3rd minute free kick too high after Reise Allassani was brought down. The next chance arrived in the 11th minute when a cross from Sanchez Ming just evaded Allassani.
The game was one of attack versus defence as Lowestoft were quick to get men behind the ball and it wasn't until the 34th minute that Dudzinski in the visitors goal was called upon to make a save, getting down at his near post to cut out a dangerous cross from Sanchez Ming.
A fine interchange saw the keeper make another good save from Muhammadu Faal and was out quickly to foil Faal after a good pass from Michael Onovwigun just before half time.
Half Time 0-0
Dulwich opened the second half brightly and Rickie Hayles headed wide in the 46th minute, whilst Ashley Carew had a shot blocked and Nathan Ferguson had another effort too high.
Dulwich then went close in the 70th minute as Sanchez Ming crossed to the far post where Nathan Green headed on goal but saw the effort clawed out by Dudzinski. However, the keeper was powerless five minutes later. Dudzinski pushed a shot from Nathan Green around the post which he perhaps should have held. From the corner, Hayles rose highest to head home the corner.
Dulwich could have added a second in the 81st minute as Nathan Green turned his marker inside out and delivered a cross that Faal should have done better with.
However, a one goal lead is always fragile and Lowestoft had a good chance with 6 minutes remaining when Harvey Hodd found space in the box, but Preston Edwards was able to push out his effort.
Faal then went close in the 87th minute as he made a surging run down the right but his shot clipped the far post with Dudzinski well beaten.
Final Score 1-0
