Bromley claimed the Glyn Beverly Memorial Cup as they beat Dulwich on penalties.

A competitive workout saw the visitors dominate a first half in which they took a second minute lead. David Ijaha lost possession on the edge of the penalty area and Luke Coulson whipped a first time effort in off Charlie Grainger's left post.

As Bromley dominated possession it seemed only a matter of time before they extended the lead. It took a good interception by Yannis Ambroisine to prevent a second goal after a long ball over the top, whilst a slick move saw Cheek released in behind the home defence, but his effort was easily saved.

Grainger then had to go full length to deny Hackett-Fairchild before Dulwich finally got a foothold into the match having been dominated for the first 25 minutes, but it still took a goal line clearance from Ryan Case to prevent a second goal.

Half Time 0-1

Dulwich were much brighter in the second half, although the visitors were not unduly troubled. Dulwich finally had an effort on goal in the 51st minute but Ade Yusuff placed his shot wide, whilst Nyren Clunis saw his overhit cross tipped over by Counsins.

Bromley then went very close to a second goal but this time Coulson's effort from distance crashed back off the post, with Charlie Grainger going full length to keep out a close range effort as the ball was recycled into the penalty area.

With 12 minutes remaining, The Hamlet keeper also had to be at his best to save from Clifton after Christian Smith had been dispossessed, but it was Dulwich who leveled the scores in the 89th minute.

The ball was spread wide to the right and the cross picked out Danny Mills to head low into the net.
