Dulwich threatened early as Nyren Clunis was played in behind the defence but, instead of shooting, he tried to find Muhammadu Faal and the chance went begging as the ball went behind him.

Just a minute later, it was the visitors who could have gone ahead as a cross by Niall McManus was flicked on goal by Jack Midson but Preston Edwards made a magnificent save to his right.

The crowd didn't have to wait long for the first goal as it arrived in the 4th minute. Quade Taylor played the ball forward and it was flicked on by Dumebi Dumaka who ran forward and unleashed an unstoppable effort past Oualah in the Leatherhead goal.

Ashley Carew saw a 9th minute free kick well saved by Oualah after Mohammadu Faal had been brought down but Leatherhead had their chances as well. Marc Weatherstone did well to block an effort from Daniel Gallagher before Dulwich extended their lead in the 23rd minute. Nyren Clunis dispossessed Lee Minshull on the edge of the Leatherhead penalty and then rolled the ball unselfishly for Kenny Beaney to score into the empty net.

Leatherhead then went close as a header from a corner was cleared off the line by Ashley Carew. Dulwich then had an escape when Preston Edwards passed to Quade Taylor who was then caught in possession by Gallagher. However, his effort was straight at Preston Edwards.

Muhammadu Faal then wasted a good chance when Dumebi Dumaka set him up 10 yards out but his control let him down and the chance was gone. As the game switched from end to end it was Leatherhead who came close to pulling a goal back. McManus and Midson linked down the left and Clohessy met the cross at the far post but it rolled against the post.

A minute later, in the 41st minute, Dulwich added a third through Mohammadu Faal. Dumebi Dumaka combined with Michael Chambers down the left and Chambers rolled the ball across goal for Faal to place into the unguarded goal. It could even have got worse for the visitors right on half time but Nyren Clunis put his effort just wide.

Half Time 3-0

Leatherhead opened the half brightly and Preston Edwards had to make a good save from a header, but Dulwich were quickly back on top and added a fourth goal in the 52nd minute. Quade Taylor played the ball through to Muhammadu Faal who in turn fed Dumebi Dumaka. He played a ball across the penalty area for the unmarked Nyren Clunis to fire home.

Leatherhead went close when Sam Blackman fired just wide and Theobalds also went close but it was Dulwich who should have added a fifth in the 66th minute. Dumebi Dumaka was sent on goal. He checked inside the covering defender but then lifted his effort over the bar.

Nyren Clunis was just wide with another effort and then Dumebi Dumaka hit the bar after he had been played through by Ashley Carew and Nyren Clunis went close again, whilst Blackman had a final effort for the visitors easily saved.

Final Score 4-0
