Over eighty Dulwich Hamlet fans stayed after the game on Saturday to hear about the future of our ground from the powers that be.

Sitting at the top table were Football Club Secretary, Martin Eede; Club Owner, the majority shareholder of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club Ltd., Mr. Nick McCormack; & General Manager of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club Ltd, Yasmine Dawson. The meeting was chaired by the Football Club Chairman Mr.Jack Payne.

The current situation with the ground was explained to those present, where the club's previous landlords (DHPD Ltd) had gone into adminstration.

However, it was made clear at the meeting that Dulwich Hamlet FC are not in administration and will not be relocating from the current site unless a new ground is built in the locality. However, it is believed that there is a possibility that some building development at the car park/squash courts corner may take place in the future.

They are more than happy to speak to supporters at any time if anyone wishes to express further concerns but, as things stand, there is no threat to the football club although money is extremely tight as revenue streams are squeezed in the current economic conditions.

There was plenty of time for frank & open questions from the floor, with everyone given the chance to question the top table as they chose. As and when further developments arise another meeting will be called to keep all Dulwich Hamlet supporters informed.
