GLYN BEVERLY might not be known to the majority of our younger fans, but he was a delightful gentleman of a legend that served our old rivals back in the day for many years.

And he even had a spell at Champion Hill serving on our Committee as Vice-Chairman in the Nineties.

Glyn passed away on Tuesday in the comfort of his home surrounded by his close family, as reported on the official Bromley FC website.

From all at Champion Hill, from the Boardroom right down to the terraces, we offer our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all at Bromley Football Club who knew him so well.
