Local book sale tomorrow
It's the monthly moment to pick up a bargain at our season long charity partners the Copleston Centre
Not sure what to do tomorrow morning now that the Brightlingsea Regent match has been confirmed for the afternoon?
As I am sure you are all aware, the Copleston Centre are our season-long charity partners, and all of the funds raised by their book sales go to the Southwatk Day Centre for Asylum Seekers.
As always they will have a great selection of books, cds and DVDs, as well as
delicious homemade cakes, Fairtrade coffee and good company. The money they raise can help people who have lost home and country, and often friends and family as well. Our supporters are very generous and it is good to be involved in something positive which helps others, so why not pop along?
If you're stuck for that stocking-filler gift as Christmas Day draws ever closer why not head over to the Copleston Centre on Copleston Road in the morning before wending your way to Champion Hill.
Their doors open at half past ten & the event continues until half past twelve.
