Dulwich gave a debut to Dumebi Dumaka, with Daniel Carr dropping to the bench. Nathan Green returned at left back, Gavin Tomlin came into the starting XI and Michael Chambers replaced Mark Weatherstone who was ill.
Dulwich opened brightly and new loan signing Dumaka had an early effort blocked, whilst Clunis had a low shot held by Godmon in the home goal. Nathan Green went close with a header and Ibra Sekajja had an effort that just went wide,
Therefore, it was against the run of play when Leatherhead took the lead in the 15th minute. The ball was deflected into the path of Charlie Harris who had a clear run on goal and he advanced before confidently beating the advancing Preston Edwards.
Dulwich went back on the attack but were two goals down after 25 minutes. A quick break from the home side saw Sanchez Ming concede a free kick around 25 yards out. This was struck goalwards by Sole and Adeloye's deflection meant it beat a wrong footed Preston Edwards
Dulwich were extremely unfortunate to be behind at all, let alone by two goals, and reduced the deficit with an excellent team goal on 33 minutes. A good passing move on the right saw Sanchez Ming overlapping, and his cross was swept home first time by Ibra Sekajja,
With a minute to go to the break, Ibra Sekajja was sent clear and bundled over inside the penalty area. The referee pointed to the spot but, to everybody's surprise, his assistant then signalled that the offence had occurred a couple of inches outside the penalty area and a free kick was awarded instead. After much debate, during which it appeared the invorrect Leatherhead player was cautioned, the free kick came to nothing
The final chance of the half saw Dumaka rise high to get on the end of a cross from the right but head just wide.
Half Time 2-1
Four minutes into the second half, Dumaka was foiled by Godmon as he tried to lift the ball over him, having seized on an error. Dumaka and Tomlin both also had efforts that failed to trouble Godmon.
Leatherhead seemed content to sit on their lead and were creading nothing of note, whilst Dulwich attempts to level matters were thwarted by wayward finishing and the inability to deliver a good final ball into the box.
Dumaka was replaced by Daniel Carr with 12 minutes remaining and he grabbed the equaliser on 85 minutes. A free kick was awarded 25 yards out, Ashley Carew struck an effort low to Godmon's right that he was unable to hold. Carr was quickest to react and lifted his effort high into the roof of the netime.
Dulwich then should have taken the lead two minutes later. More good link up play down the right saw the ball pulled back to Gavin Tomlin who put the ball over the top of a gaping goal from 10 yards.
Leatherhead exerted some late pressure that was nervously repelled before the final whistle broughta halt to proceedings.
Final Score 2-2
