Looking forward to next month...
In an exciting collaboration across the entire club The Hamlet will be recognising & celebrating Black History Month in October.
To be launched before the match on Saturday 3rd October, with an official unveiling at 1.00pm the Dulwich Hamlet Football Committee have commissioned a series of Dulwich Hamlet history panels in a joint partnership with the Dulwich Hamlet Supporters Trust, which will feature some of the greatest achievements & black stars from past & present Champion Hill eras.
The exhibition is being funded together by the Football Committee & the Supporters Trust as part of the first ever Dulwich Hamlet participation in the well-established Black History Month.
The design & research work is being carried out, as you might expect, by the 'Hamlet Historian' team; whilst the 'Forward The Hamlet' podcast & blog team are also on board, to help publicise the event.
The display will be on show for the whole of Black History Month, which runs until the end of October.
More details of the launch will follow nearer to the date.
