We're on our travels for the first time this season on Tuesday night as we swap South London for the Medway towns to take on Chatham Town. 

The Chats started the 26/27 season with defeat on the road on Saturday afternoon. They found themselves 2-0 down against St Albans City before new signing Jimmy Wild would fire them back into it in the early stages of the 2nd half. The Saints though would restore their 2 goal lead just minutes later and go on to win the game 3-1 

The Hamlet started in dramatic fashion with a 6-0 demolition of newcomers Maldon & Tiptree. Nyren Clunis bagged a brace with David Smith, Luke Wanadio, Gaspar Mico and Sol Baugh bagging the other goals. 

The last time we took on Chatham Michael Chambers scored a 90th minute winner as we ran out 1-0 winners. When we headed to the Bauvill Stadium we'd draw 0-0.

The hosts will be looking for their first points of the season whilst Mark Dacey and his side will want to back up their impressive opening day victory by taking points off of one of the promotion favourites. 

SQUAD NEWS: 

Apart from Jadan Raymond and Toby Bull a fully fit Hamlet side will be making the journey to Kent on Tuesday night. Tahreem Montero will return to training on Thursday after the knock he picked up against Tonbridge Angels in pre-season.
