MATCH PREVIEW | Hanwell Town vs Dulwich Hamlet | London Senior Cup | 15/4/25
We're in London Senior Cup semi-final action tonight as we head to Reynolds Field to take on Hanwell Town.
Following another defeat on the road at Bognor Regis Town in the Isthmian League on Saturday, this Senior Cup tie will be a welcome distraction for Brad Quinton and his Hamlet side.
Anthony Jeffrey made his 1st start since injury on Saturday as the Hamlet looked to pick up their 3rd away win of the Isthmian League season. Bognor would strike early and that is all they needed to do as the Hamlet fell to defeat.
Hanwell find themselves slap bang in the middle of the Southern League South division having picked up 52 points this season. They suffered a 3-0 defeat on the south coast on Saturday against Gosport Borough. In their last home outing they defeated Merthyr Town 2-1 with the side from south Wales chasing promotion to the National League north or south.
In the quarter-final Hanwell defeated our own south London rivals Tooting & Mitcham 1-0 in the last minute through Dwayne Duncan. Dulwich defeated 2 time defending champions Charlton Athletic at Champion Hill in the quarter-finals. Before that it was victory over on the road against Sutton Common Rovers. It's a welcome distraction following a difficult run of the league results for Bradley Quinton's side as they look to pick up heading into the final 3 matches of the Isthmian League season.
