Gavin Rose left both Daniel Carr & Nyren Clunis on the bench with Gavin Tomlin leading the Line, Roman Michael-Percil & Ashley Carew coming into the starting line up,

Dulwich got off to a slow start and there was early encouragement for the home side as they seized on the uncertainty.

Ken Beaney fired over following a cross from the left in the 7th minute but Dulwich were indebted to Preston Edwards who made two fine stops in the 10th minute. Daniel Kempson found himself one on one with The Hamlet's last line of defence but he blocked both efforts.

Another ball over the top saw a coming together between Michael Chambers and a Pagham forward but the referee deemed no foul.

Dulwich eventually took a grip on the game and Gavin Tomlin forced a fine save from home keeper James Binfield in the 20th minute before he gave The Hamlet took a 26th minute lead.

A fine pass from Ashley Carew released Roman Michael-Percil on the right. He accelerated past his marker and delivered a low cross that Tomlin converted from point blank range,

Dulwich then doubled the lead four minutes later. A corner was played to Astley Carew some 25 yards out. He brought it under control and hammered a left footed effort that keeper Binfield tipped on to the underside of the bar. However, as the ball bounced down Mark Weatherstone gleefully headed home his first goal for the club.

Dulwich were now in control and Pagham were relieved to reach half time only two behind. Binfield made another fine stop from Tomlin, Michael Chambers headed over with a free header and Roman Michael-Percil rattled an effort off the post after exchanging passes with Tomlin.

Half Time 0-2

The second half was almost exclusively played in the Pagham half and the biggest surprise was that Dulwich only added one further goal.

Tomlin & Michael-Percil again combined in the early stages of the half but the latter shot straight at Binfield whilst Tomlin couldn't keep his effort down after Kadell Daniel crossed from the left.

Dulwich should have had a penalty in the 56th minute when Tomlin miscued his shot after being shoved over from behind in the act of shooting. Even then Ashley Carew couldn't quite reach his effort as a defender cleared from in front of the line.

Roman Michael-Percil just failed to get on the end of a cross from Sanchez Ming and Pagham's Neil Murfin was relieved when his sliced a cross from Kadell Daniel just over the bar. Mark Weatherstone then headed just wide from the resulting corner.

Dulwich did finally add a third with 15 minutes remaining when Tomlin turned in the pentity area and expertly curled his effort past Binfield.

Binfield made further saves from Tomlin and Daniel Carr whilst a Chambers header was cleared off the line as Dulwich continued to press the home side back.

Final Score 0-3
