Penny drops in at Merstham

Dulwich manager, Gavin Rose, had allowed striker Charlie Penny to sign on loan for Merstham in order to gain valuable match practice.

The 20 year old former Millwall striker signed in the summer after previous spells with Wealdstone and Welling United but suffered an injury hit pre season and has been restricted to mainly a substitute role in his eight appearances this term.

Charlie joins Merstham on a three month loan deal and Moatsiders' manager Hayden Bird expects him to make his debut for them in their Ryman League match with VCD Athletic this Saturday.
