Pre Season Pricing - An Apology

I would like to apologise to all our concession Season Ticket holders that were overcharged on Tuesday evening.

Due to an administrative error, the pricing for pre season was set incorrectly and I would like to apologise to those who were erroneously charged an extra £1.

I am pleased to confirm that all of the upcoming friendlies, including this evening, will revert to the correct pricing. Therefore, charges for tonight's game are now:

Adult £5
Concession £4

For the games against Crystal Palace & Brentford then the above prices will apply to all Season Ticket holders, with general admission at:

Adults £11
Concessions £5

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of concession Season Ticket holders that entered the stadium on Tuesday evening for the game against Crawley Town. However, if you are able to produce your ticket for that match, and your 2017-18 Season Ticket, then we shall ensure that you are refunded.
