MATCH PREVIEW | London Bees vs Dulwich Hamlet | 22/2/26
Our FAWNL campaign continues on Sunday as we head to the Hive for the 2nd time this season.
It's 5 unbeaten for Richie Byrne since he took charge of the side having picked up valuable wins over Chesham United and Cambridge United as well as draws with Fulham and Luton Town in the league alongside a 4-0 victory over Millwall Lionesses.
The Hamlet slipped down to 9th place in the league after a number of midweek fixtures in the FAWNL. Luton Town defeated Chesham United 3-0 helping the Hatters to leapfrog the Hamlet and Cambridge United after the Ambers fell to defeat to Milton Keynes Dons.
A win at the Hive on Sunday could see us move to 7th and level on points with Actonians in 6th place.
London Bees are currently the best of the rest in the FAWNL South East division finding themselves in 3rd place on 29 points. 11 points behind Norwich in 2nd place and 12 behind leaders Fulham.
Last time out in the league they defeated Milton Keynes Dons 4-1 before that they fell to defeat against Chatham Town.
This is the 3rd time the Bees and Hamlet have locked horns this season with each side winning.
The Hamlet won 2-1 in the group stage of the FAWNL cup back in August before The Bees tasted victory in the FAWNL SE division.

Following our Capital Women's Cup postponement on Sunday afternoon we are delighted to provide an update to our fixture calendar.
Tottenham Hotspur will now visit Champion Hill on Sunday 1st March with kick-off at 14:00. The winner of that tie will host London Bees in the next round. That match is currently scheduled to be played on Sunday 15th March.
Tickets purchased for Sunday afternoon are valid for the rearranged date. If you can no longer attend on March 1st then you can contact our ticketing team to arrange a refund or to move your ticket to an alternative game here:
Fixtures for the match are available online by clicking here: https://app.fanbaseclub.com/Fan/Tickets/SelectType?fixtureId=17116&isFromDashboard=True
Separately we can also confirm that our fixture at home to Chatham Town on Wednesday night has been postponed.
This was after a request from the FAWNL in order to give the Chats the best possible preparation for their upcoming Adobe Women's FA Cup tie away to former FA Cup champions Birmingham City.
We were hoping to have a rearranged date confirmed but this fixture is yet to be rearranged.
When we have a date confirmed it will be communicated on our website and our social media channels.
