Defender joins after impressing as a trialist.

The Hamlet have bolstered their squad with the addition of defender Junior Savane.

Savane was a part of the squad of the opening three games of preseason, appearing as a trialist against Whitehawk, Sutton United and Arsenal U23s. The 19-year-old started the game at Whitehawk, before coming off the bench in the latter two.

Savane offers further strength to the right-back position, providing competition to the likes of Sanchez Ming, Joe Felix and Quade Taylor. He is formerly of the Boreham Wood academy, and spent some time in the Isthmian League Division One North last season with Great Wakering Rovers, playing three times during March.
