The Countdown To The New Season Begins

The Countdown To The New Season Begins

An update from Chairman Ben Clasper on Supporters' Trust elections, pre-season returns, season tickets and friendly match tickets!

Finally, after all the hard post-season work we reach that moment when we are now closer to the start of the new season than we are to the end of the last one, so we are excited to look to the future and share a preview of the pre-season news and events with our wonderful fans!

June brings us…

  • Elections for the board of the Supporters’ Trust and their AGM
  • Our men’s team return for pre-season training
  • Season tickets going on sale
  • Release of pre-season friendly match tickets PLUS a new pre-season pass

If you are already a member of the Supporters’ Trust you should have received instructions on how to vote in the board elections and I would encourage you to do so using the link below and if you can attend the Trust AGM the following week then I look forward to seeing you all there.

Voting closes this week at 23:59 on Thursday 22nd June.

The AGM is at 19:00 on Thursday 29th June with attendance details to come from the Trust.

We will feature more about the Trust, the 12th Man Fund, the 100 Club and other ways you can support the club later in the summer.

Next up will be the release of the season tickets and pre-season passes and we are pleased to announce that prices will be frozen once again and with fewer league games this coming season there will also be a reduction in the season ticket prices. I know many of you have suggested our pricing is too low and that you would be happy to support the club financially beyond the cost of the ticket and so we’ll bring news on how you can help.

Looking further ahead, there are two more dates for your diary…

  • Football restarts at Champion Hill on Saturday 8th July at 3pm when we welcome our friends from Germany, Altona 93, for our first friendly of the men’s pre-season campaign.
  • League football will return on Saturday 12th August.

Details of league fixtures, plus all the news for the women’s team schedule, will be coming as soon as they are all confirmed. We thank you all for your support and can’t wait to have you back with us!
