Nyren or The King of Camberwell as he's more commonly known came through the ranks of the Hamlet youth set-up before becoming a regular in the 1st team for over a decade. Over that period he made 486 appearances and scored 117 goals.

Older generations of fans will remember his 100th goal for the Hamlet away at Lowestoft Town in 2018. He's spent the last 2 seasons with Cray Wanderers before agreeing to return home to SE22 under new manager Mark Dacey.

Clunis was part of two promotion winning sides in his first stint at Champion Hill. His first came when we secured the Isthmian South title having defeated now National League South side Maidstone United to the title.
